Below you will find a video introducing your interviewer, and a quick walk through of what to expect on the day of your interview. We promise it will be super easy, and in many cases, a lot of fun!

Your interviewer will ask you 10-12 questions about the experience with your provider, and you can provide your honest, authentic feedback. When the 10-15 minute conversation is over, you are completely done with your part, we’ll take it from there. We also provide time for you to offer constructive feedback that will help your provider improve their business for the future.
